How to Use

  • Start by taking 1 capsule every six hours as needed for nausea and/or vomiting. 
  • Take 1 capsule by mouth with a sip of water or electrolyte solution
  • It is best to take with water or electrolyte solution and avoid taking with solid food until nausea and vomiting have stopped.

How to Use

B12 Storage:

  • Refrigeration is okay; you do not need to freeze
  • Allowing medication to be at room temperature before injecting yourself is best!
