How to Use
Timing is Crucial:

- Take it at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after consuming other medications or supplements.
Dosage Matters:
- Each capsule is 500 mg.
- Initial dosage: Start with 1 capsule before bedtime, then increase gradually as advised.
