Getting Started
How do I get started with care on GutsyRx?
Getting started is easy! Getting started is simple: head to Services to choose your level of care. You can shop the marketplace, book a one-time virtual consult, or have in-person care through our concierge clinic. After checkout or booking on the GutsyRx marketplace, you’ll complete a brief medical interview so our team can understand your goals and history; from there, we guide your next steps. If you prefer in-person care, you can schedule a concierge office visit at our colorado clinic through our gutsyrx/conciergegi page.
How quickly can I get care with GutsyRx?
Care begins as soon as you complete your selection in Services. Virtual consults can be done anytime in the convenience of your home. For virtual consults, book the consult then you and the doctor will find a time to meet. Concierge in-person appointments are available in Colorado. Please see our concierge page for more details.
What type of appointments do you get through GutsyRx?
GutsyRx offers access to board-certified female gastroenterologists without the hassle of a phone tree. If you’re only here to shop, you can use guest checkout in the marketplace with no appointment required. If your are curious where to start choose a one-time virtual consult. If you are local or want to be seen in person you can visit our office based concierge clinic.
How does my GutsyRx doctor determine my gut & rectal wellness lifestyle care plan?
Your plan starts with your medical interview and the option you selected in Services. Our board-certified gastroenterologists review your symptoms, history, and goals, then craft a personalized plan that blends conventional and integrative strategies—covering lifestyle guidance, nutrition, diagnostics when appropriate, and targeted therapeutics—with clear next steps and follow-up.
Pricing
How much does a GutsyRx cost?
Pricing depends on your level of care. If you’re shopping the marketplace, there is no doctor visit fee for non-prescription products; prescription items include a $20 clinician review fee at checkout. If you prefer a visit, you can book a one-time virtual consult for $240. Our concierge, office-based clinic in Colorado is a membership style clinic (starting at $150/month) and has separate pricing that’s managed by the clinic; for those details, please visit gutsyrx.com/conciergegi as pricing is handled through the clinic directly.
What do I get with a GutsyRx consult?
Your clinician reviews your intake, reviews previous records, does a 60 minute consult then tailors an evidence-based plan that blends conventional and integrative strategies. Treatments (such as medications or supplements) are purchased separately so you pay only for what you need.
How will I be billed?
Marketplace orders are billed at checkout; if your cart includes prescription products, a $20 clinician review fee is added per prescription order. Virtual consults are billed once at booking. Concierge clinic services are billed separately by the clinic; see gutsyrx.com/conciergegi for details.
